I've torn my ACL no it's not more painful. Clearly you've been fortunate enough to not have suffered a High ankle sprain. Have a great day. Concussions aren't necessarily that painful just leave you fuzzy mentally, confused . Are concussions,torn ACL/MCL, Achilles tendons more serious injuries? Absolutely, however they aren't as painful for the duration
