I like Konecny but idk if the sens are in a position where we can give up all those assets for only 2 years (potentially) of Konecny. I just don't think we have what it takes to get him unfortunately. We swung big on Chychrun and Debrincat and now we're paying the price asset wise. We'll see.

Philly would insist on Ottawas 1st. They aren't making the playoffs so it'll be a lottery pick.

Ottawa did finish ahead of Detroit last year, and with adding Konecny and a healthy Norris it's not like they are worse overall. They could always have a condition of receiving the better pick of the two though to eliminate any guess work.

They won't have Detroit's pick, they will have Boston. Detroit gets to choose which pick they give them

They also were remarkably healthy otherwise.

Norris was their 1C though, so can't really minimize that loss even with Stutzle's season. I wouldn't be surprised if they make it in via WC.

If Josh Norris is their 1C they aren't making the playoffs

I don't think he will be anymore, but missing your 2C is still a big hole.
