Both teams. Toronto, Carolina, Jersey are head and shoulders better than everyone. Buffalo makes huge strides. Both New York teams are in the postseason due to goaltending. That leaves two spots for Columbus, Florida, Boston, and Tampa. Pittsburgh and Ottawa miss with these current lineups.
