Yes, Adams and Granato will bring in players who were bad fits on other teams to fill certain roles. Greenway is a utility, space making forward.. Jost is a cheap bottom 6 utility center.. but Granlund is a cap dump through and through. The role he'd have in Buffalo as of now is dependent on his non existent offence for the money they'd need to pay him.

His offense may pop back into existence with said change of scenery, and Jost at 2M is NOT cheap

a bottom 6 forward being 2% of the total cap is pretty cheap. He's not a plug. I'd take Jost at 2M over Granlund at 5M x any amount of term, every single day.
