Blues decline. Toro is a cheap bottom 6 player who played well for us last year. We have no reason to trade him and especially not for a 4th.

Agreed lol I do like him though.. all in all I don't mind them trading a pick to grab a botom 6 rw, I don't like the options in free agency. That's all I was getting at with this trade
