Description

I'm not sure I would like these moves but thought I would give it a go based off the rumours.

Based off the rumour that Pesce will be signed and traded by July 1st. Not sure if it enough for him but thought it would check some boxes for the canes. I assume his contract will be in the range of 7 or 8M x 8 years.

Kings need to move some salary and Arvidsson seems the best candidate.

Hoglander, a 2nd and Rathbone seemed like a fair price to move Myers and get Sturm seemed fair to me another rumour is that SJ and Van have had a Myers trade ready for weeks.

Kings might have to move Arvidsson to clear some cap if they can get a good affordable goalie to commit to them but they definitely wont ship Arvy out for only a 4th. We paid a 2nd+3rd for him and he has been consistent (has not gotten better or worse) he is in the last year of his contract and he has got a cheap price tag for a top 6 30 goal winger. We wouldn't take anything less then a 2nd for him.

I hear you and wouldn't normally make that trade but considering what similar aged and quality players like Hall and Hayes received, I actually thought it was on the generous side.

I admittedly don't know LA's cap situation very well but it looks like they have 4.5M to sign 7 players including a starting goalie so they absolutely need to clear significant space.

I would warn you and say that Pagnotta is a hack and not credible. Nobody else confirmed what he said and it really doesn’t make a ton of sense. They can absolutely play it out this summer.
