Apparently Trotz wants to get aggressive and trade up to the top-10. Thoughts on this deal for both sides? As a Blues fan, I would consider it if Michkov/Reinbacher/Leonard/Benson aren't available, but maybe that's who Trotz would be after.

idk, someone could slip to #10 and we wouldn't be interested, but if things go as they should, #10 and #15 aren't that far apart imo.

Yea I think trotz wants to trade up in the top 5 to get one of those centers. Doubt that happens so I don’t think he’ll make a move. Trading another 1st just to move up 5 spots isn’t good value for the preds. I think trotz will make some calls but in the end he’ll keep his picks. I could see him trading saros at the draft for buffalos pick though giving him 3 first rounders.

Yeah, I believe he's aiming more for the 5-8 range as well. Just thought I would chime in. Like I said, Blues and Preds would probably be after the same guys that COULD slip, so probably not a fit there.

The only way nashville moves up is if it’s to within the 5-8 range and if Michkov or one of the big centers falls
