Just looking at it, it's four 1st round picks for Fantilli. It's a helluva steep price. Dach was what, 3rd overall? and Ducks also get 5th OA in this year's, plus two other 1sts. A steep offer.

"Was" 3rd overall, he was traded for 13OA, and it's become even more clear he's not cut out to be a C at the NHL level.
