That is way too much for Hart and Farabee. Ottawa could trade DeBrincat somewhere else for a better LW and just use the 2nd round pick to offer sheet Swayman from Boston. Offer Swayman around 4 to 4.2 mil and all it would cost them is that 2nd round 24 pick you have there. The bruins are cap strapped and probably won't be able to match it without some fancy restructuring through trades. Sure ottawa would have to find a trade for joseph as well but we all assume the other team will do things like that to make trades anyway.
