Short answer, no.
Long answer, moving Benn is pointless for Dallas. He was almost a PPG player last year and really took off under DeBoer. Considering what would have to be added to get a team to take his contract, it make no sense for Dallas to try and move a guy that's playing much better under DeBoer and has been the team's captain for the last decade.
For Seguin, he also had a much better year this year & he's not waiving his NMC to go anywhere except for MAYBE Toronto, who doesn't have the cap space to even answer the phone call
Dallas is keeping both players through the remainder of their contracts, and honestly that's perfectly fine. Both played much better this year than they did under Bowness. There's no reason that they can't both still be productive players on this roster and good veteran leadership pieces for the young guys that fill out the rest of the forward group.
