another forward who can win draws, bigger body, hard checks, and can score + he's won a cup. Sure the ticket might be high, maybe we can get him for cheaper on a lower term?

Just making light of Staal's renowned tendency to high stick people in the head. He sells it as an "oopsie"...and gets away it.

Risk is worth the reward imo, need to bring in veteran players that have had different experiences getting there. Veteran exposure for this young club is the best possible ingredient.

I agree with adding vets (but preferably ones that haven’t recently taken out our star player’s two front teeth). Anyway, Staal probably stays where he is though. Killorn, Compher, ROR…there are other that could fit that bill too.

ROR was my second choice after Staal, just need a 3C spot to really solidify this team.
