I can't make up my mind about this. Like, the value is there, but honestly Marner is just a younger and better version of Panarin - offensively their capabilities are very similar, but Marner plays much better defensive game.

Kakko and those picks are a nice addition though, and fit decently there too.

I like this for Toronto, but can also see why TOR fans would dislike it.
