Stevie won't sign any player to an offer sheet. Bert and Stevie couldn't agree on a long term contract for the past 2 years. Why would they agree now? Stevie won't give Bert the long term deal he wants because of his injury history.

probably not. yes i know bert and the team could not agree on a long term contract. but i would not be surprised if steve reaches out to bert and talks to him, see what happens. no reason not to do it..

i agree. i looked up maveric after and seen he is a pretty good prospect for them. it went off that i remember his name lol. guess should have looked him up before lol. maybe its something wings can approach the yotes about. would be nice to see it work some way, but understand if nothing happens.
