I think we are on a very good way. Like the goaltending. Our Defense is pretty strong and in the offense we have young skilled guys with huge upside and almost 4 pretty scary lines. What we can maybe do is we have a very big roster: Maybe we send some guys down in the AHL or make a bigger package for a better player. Also i don´t like Smith-Pelly. We should trade him.

Agreed, why don't you ask around, see if you can get some interest from other GM's.

I'm not a fan of his contract, and trading him could allow us to bring up some AHL players. Feel free to shop him, but he is a good depth player.

Okay, so I'm pretty big on Draisaitl, but trading Leddy would leave a huge whole in our LHD. What do you think about trading for Draisaitl, then we move someone like Victor Rask, or Max Domi for a elite LHD?

Yea back when I owned Drouin the GM that owns Ristolainen and I had talks about a potential trade involving Ristolainen, and as expected the price was pretty large. For now we should stick to Draisaitl, and maybe later explore the possibility of Ristolainen.

We have a potential deal with Pittsburgh: Leddy, Danault, Marchessault, and a 1st for Draisaitl and a 5th. What do you think? If we make this then Draisaitl centers our second line, we then trade one of out forwards (we have plenty) for a line 1 LHD.
