So Idk if were bad enough to get to 7 but if michkov falls to 7 and we are there then sure why not. Personally I don't think Reinbacker is special enough to give up more to go get. I'd sit at 14 and hope he makes it to us or just take best player available. Hopefully one of those nice centers.

A lot can happen between now and the draft but right now it doesn't look possible for Reinbacher to be available in the mid teens. I do tend to agree though that this draft is deep enough that trading up is unnecessary. However, a top 4 of wallinder - seider, edvinsson - reinbacher looks filthy and we'd be set on defense for the next decade (if we're able to afford to keep them all together)

I get ya but the thought of trading everything you got for Hronek plus another 2nd to just replace him kinda rubs me the wrong way. Reinbacker has a higher ceiling I know but he's also just a prospect.
