Description

This is what my dream team would look like. The picks that were sent for Chychrun are what the caps could have hypothetically used to acquire him from the Coyotes during this year's trade deadline. I obviously know that Dorion would not deal him now. Backstrom and Mantha are both bought out. Backstrom has a terrible contract and can't skate while I don't see anyone trading for and eating that Mantha contract. Signing Domi fills the third line center role and bringing back Connor Brown on a cheap 1 year low risk high reward deal adds some depth scoring. Protas gets the fourth line left wing spot with full playing time while Snively gets 3rd line left wings minutes to begin the season. Due to inevitable injuries Frank and Alexeyev will both get playing time too.
