Yeah. When he played on that other Canadian team he killed a guy and wasn't allowed in Canada anymore or he would go to jail. That's why he moved to an American team because America doesn't take murder as seriously

Tyler hasn't killed anyone. Todd Bertuzzi back in 2004 broke a Steve Moore's neck on the ice, but wasn't sent to jail or anything. He went to another team because Vancouver didn't want him anymore. That might be who you are thinking of.

Tyler and Todd are two different people. Tyler would have been 9 years old in 2004 when it happened. It was Todd. Todd did go on to play for Detroit after Vancouver so maybe that's where the confusion is, but he retired years ago
