Personally I'd rather have Provorov for 2 years instead of Sanheim for 8. If it works out with Provy then they can decide to keep him or let him walk. Take on that Sanheim contract and you're stuck with it for that whole time. It's not as easy to get rid of left handed defensemen as it is right handed which is why Parayko could be dealt.

Good point, I just think Provorov is overrated and also idk how many orgs want him cause of the whole pride night thing. Maybe just find another D not on PHI, maybe Hanafin on CGY?

Definitely playoff team. Not sure how Saad is looking, or if Snuggerud will adapt to NHL quickly enough to be top-6 right away…so I’d say the 2nd line would be biggest question mark.

Saad has come roughly as advertised so far, and I think Snuggerud is one of the best Blues prospects in recent memory already. He's a stud, but you're definitely right about the second line being suspect, I'm just going off mere projections.

I dont think the Pride night thing should be an issue nor should it be. But I think Provorov could thrive like he used to. It's been a rough few years for him.
