I don't think that Reinhart to SEA trade is fair at all but FLA will need to trade someone soon to get cap compliant. My guess is that they'll dump Duclair for nothing (a la Pacioretty from VGK to CAR).

They dont need to. Hornqvist isn’t coming back so they are under the cap.

What happens when Duclair comes back though, how do they have space once he's off LTIR? I certainly could be wrong but how do they have the cap space without trading someone?

I just said hornqvist isn’t coming back. He’s been on Ltir since November. That’s where the cap comes from.
