I’ll take a cold Banquet TV Dinner for Dominik Kubalik at this point. I doubt anybody offers more than a 3rd and I’d be in shock and awe if we get a 2nd or more for him.

Don't hate this. I think a 1st rounder is a little bit rich for TOR but it does fit a need. Not sure if Kubalik is a top target, however.

Your being a bit ridiculous i must say . Guys on target for 25 goals and 60 pts with a cap hit of 2.5 .. you’d have to think for a team with the leafs with almost no cap space they’d be interested in adding that production at a 1,25 hit

I understand , just think with that production and 1.25 salary there would be teams interested who have tight cap room

I don’t really care about what he’s on pace for. The goals he scores, anybody in his position in the NHL with a half decent shot would have scored, if not more. Majority of that production came in the top 6 and on the top power play unit, both of which he does not belong.

Sorry dude but your saying idiotic ****. Larkin gets top slots and all the ice time and hes 1 goal ahead. Bertuzzi 1 goal in 13 games and he had top 6 ice time. 1 of 4 guys on the team to get 10 goals

Im not saying hes a top line guy but hes not worth ****ting on like you currently doing. Think a line of kubalik tavares marner would be better than jarnkrok... even oilers can use him with a draisaitl over a yamamoto with 4 goals. Fact is hes put up #’s on a bad team and theres no doubt he can put up #s with better linemates

Brother I really don’t look at stats to judge a player. I use my eyes. I’m not saying stats are unimportant or obsolete, but they absolutely do not paint the whole picture.

Ur acting like Dominik Kubalik is your brother or something. He’s literally not good man. How often do 25 year olds that have shown a knack for scoring get non-tendered by their team? There was a reason for it; he’s not a good hockey player.

Remember how Anthony Mantha was when he was here? How he just looked like he was always floating around? That’s what Kubalik does but he’s not nearly as good of a player or anywhere near as physical.

Again, I’m not saying he should be out of the league, I’m saying he’s extremely overrated and not a terribly good hockey player overall. He has a pretty shot (sometimes), and has shown some nice passing ability (sometimes). He is just too inconsistent for me to consider him a good player and absolutely does not have a very well rounded game at all.

I don’t really have much else to say about the guy. Watch him closer and you’ll see. If you watched the game today you should have been able to see what I’ve been saying about him. He had one good shot on goal and one singular nice hit on the forecheck. Other than that, the entire game, absolute trash.
