In a vacuum, this is a good deal. However, I fear Edmonton is cursed when it comes to goalies and this will be the end of the good times.

I agree, but the team needed a new goalie and fans were asking. As bad as the Campbell signing looks right now, Hollands hands were tied when he didn't trade for Husso.
