In order for another team to sign them they have to offer sheet them. Since their rights still belong to their respective teams. If the player signs the offer sheet then the team which owns their rights gets a week to match or let the player go for compensation picks based on the annual average of the deal. Which means even if their respective teams decided to not match, which for those prices they would easily, you wouldn't have the picks to pay each team. Likely at most you could offer sheet one. Unless you are trading assets to Tampa or LA for their rights they wont come in near those prices for a team making an offer sheet.
