    I guess you forgot the presser, Where Shattenkirk stated that he wants to go to a team so he can become their #1 D man, And sorry that's not happening in Montreal and besides he wants to play in Northeastern US not in Canada.

    Sorry but Shattenkirk will not sign in MTL, Dallas would rather have Gallagher for Nichushkin, to much for Puljujarvi and i like the LA trade, but it will probably not happen

    First, thanks for your comments. L.A. trade depends entirely on what marching orders the new GM has. I suspect it is head for the bottom fast, dump a ton of salary for 2 years, and rebuild on the Toronto plan.

    I wouldn't give up Gallagher for a ghost. It's only 50/50 whether Nichushkin ever comes back to the NHL. Emelin has his flaws, but he's a bonafine NHLer and the folks in Dallas will love how he hits. He is also a god when it comes to D-zone faceoffs.
