Description

A healthy Trouba is the key to revitalizing this defense core. The Miller-Trouba pair put up extraordinary numbers last year, so finding that is gonna be crucial, especially with how mediocre they've been this year.

Lindgren - Fox and Jones - Schneider have both had off games, but overall have put up pretty good numbers in comparison, and given Trouba's been dealing with nagging injuries letting him rest might be the best course of action.

Hopefully Hajek won't be too much of an anchor...

Oh, also, these lines could be pretty good.

I don't really see the point of doing so, now that Zibanejad and Kakko are building chemistry and Laffy is finding his feet in the top 6. They tried this in the preseason, testing Goodrow, Vesey, and Blais on the 1st line. None of them worked. Kravtsov could be good on the 2nd line, but Vesey is not top 6 caliber.
