Mine...
Bunting Mathews Marner
Jarnkrok Tavares Nylander
Malgin Holmburg Aston-Reese
Simmonds Kampf Kubel

Rielly Brodie
Giordano Liljegren
Sandin Mete

Samsonov

Scratch: Holl (hopefully forever, dear God he is bad)...
Robertson

Usually I would want Kampf on the third line center, but I thought Holmburg was pretty good vs. Flyers and Kampf fills out the 4th center better than Engvall... who's also been terrible this year.
The Bruins will play hard... I want the players that bend and break (Holl and Engvall) out of their crosshairs. Reese had a good game vs. flyers, Malgin looked fast... I'm open to giving them a little more to see how they stand up to the Bruins pressure.

Finally, some who watches the leafs games and knows that Kampf is the perfect shutdown center and deserves a lot more ice-time. I was wondering in the past 50 years how many teams get a guy and put him in a role his first season with a team and he excels at it better than any guy in the past 10 years or longer, his reward demoted from the 3rd line to the 4th. That is the winning culture management in leafs land has created. They bring in ZAR supposed to be a big physical presence, he's 5th on the team in hits and NAC has more hits playing 3 less games. Simmonds a veteran isn't going to come into the lineup once every 5 to 10 games and fight for a team he knows he's never going to get a regular spot on. You have a bunch of foolish people managing a team that think their OHL theory works with the big leagues.

Engvall played great last night. Leaf fans are hilarious that once the internet turns on a guy, 75% of people watch games only to see mistakes by those players. Engvall was good last night but all you guys see is one thing he didn't do which is hit.

Same with Holl, he wasn't bad last night. Even the broadcasters go after him needlessly. There was one sequence where he was going to pass to Matthews at the offensive blueline but Matthews turned away at the last second to get off the ice and Holl mid pass tried to stop himself and lost the puck. Then on the same shift Brodie did a drop pass to no one and Holl got the blame. You shouldn't ever be giving a drop pass when you are a defenceman unless on the PP.

Holl needs to be on the 3rd pair. Not playing 20+ minutes a night. But really, do anyone think Liljegren is going to come in and be awesome in 1 game? He's going to need to build his game up so Holl goes for a while yet.

Kampf is a good player but he's so limited offensively and I think you want to find a 3rd line that can chip in more offence. It's till a work in progress the bottom 6.

I feel like they are just trying to lower what Kampf is worth so they don't have to give him as much money next year. i haven't been impressed with Jarnkrok so I just decided to make him the 4th line center.
