Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

Description

Call it a overreaction, i know its only 1 game. But i saw 3 issues after tonight. Players looked lost, Hughes was set up to be the guy taking the shot multiple times and was looking for the pass. Losing all the battles against the boards, and Blackwood is looking rough, not controlling any rebounds.

I wouldn't overreact just yet until Nico comes back. Will provide much more balance in the lineup and hopefully some defensive help.

Marino looked real sharp tonight. Mercer, Holtz and Haula did as well. Hughes needs a sniper on his wing. Sharangovich wasn't impactful. Blackwood needs to be better

I agree Holtz and Haula got after it tonight, Mercer had alot of chances he could have capitalized on. Correct me if im wrong but hughes is supposed to be that guy. He could use a Pasta next to him. And if Pasta wants more pay him all he wants 10m 11m idc. Hughes as elite potential, shows signs of it on the rush but when the game gets slowed down he isnt the same.

I don't hate Ruff tbh. And part of it is the goaltending. But looked like a lot of players didn't have the chemistry or knew what roles they should be playing . However its early and i hope that is figured out this year cus if not aRuff will be out this team has the talent. They are a few Solid vets and decent goaltending which i think VV will bring away from a winning season
