Pilut will beat Bryson for spot. Lawrence has played well thus far and could easily be the sixth defenseman.

I doubt Quinn beat Olofsson from day 1. While Quinn could find himself in the line up, Peterka would have to knock Asplund out of the line.
If Peterka could do that, the Sabres would have a much stronger forward line up than last year.
Asplund will be in the lineuop over Hinistroza. Or perhaps over Peterka.
More observations.
Brandon Biro played really well yesterday and at 24 he is an older Rookie.
He won 80% of his face offs, and his first goal was a top shelf perfect shot when he was surrounded by four flyers.
Over all a rather disappointing performance.
While two shots found iron there were only 21 shots and 2 goals.
Okposo, Girgensons and Mittelstadt had zero shots.
Jokiharju and Power need to get on the same page.
Owen took out Henri on Konecny's goal leaving Tuch alone on a three on one break out.
Over all Henri did not have a great night, but it was only one game.
