And? Winning a round is a big accomplishment I guess

Alright dude you are just jumping arguments.

I said that Edler was better than Dermott last season and backed it up with his stats. And you pivot to Edmonton and West Coast teams aren't good. I bring up the Kings record against East coast teams and that record illustrating that the West can compete and you pivot to winning rounds is important (but apparently only in the East). There is some weird bias going on with you and I don't believe has watched a Kings game last season, so I don't even know why I'm discussing this with you. .

I just checked out LA's underlying numbers and they certainly are much better than I thought. Playing the Pacific certainly helps that but they had much better numbers than I thought they would. I do think you underestimate Dermott still but I will admit defeat on this one.

Oh I wanted Dermott (as 3LD), I follow Toronto and liked him there, but obtaining him takes away from development for Bjornfot/Moverare/Nousiainen, we still are looking for the 2LD I don't think its Chychrun, but it won't be Edler after this season, that's who the Kings are desperate to get, Edler is just a placeholder (as is Walker)

Love Edler and what he did in Vancouver, but he is just not good anymore. He is extremely slow at skating now, and took way too many penalties when he was in Vancouver because of it

I totally agree, initially, Edler played the vet stay at home role initially, but once he came back from his injury he had another step. Pairing him back with Stecher was also good, I think he's got little left in the tank, but that's really all we need 20-40 games until Bjornfot, Walker, Durzi, Spence, or Moverare can take over that top-4 role.
