Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

Description

-MTL get a young playable NHL RHD with high potiential and will be given a destination where he can thrive on the right side (not playing behind Fox, Trouba, and Schneider). Montreal trading Ylonen is offset by the other high end RW prospects they have such as Mesar, Roy, and of course Caufield.
-Rangers get a young playable NHL RW with solid upside and potiential. Young players on ELC's will be critical for the Rangers with the fair share of big contracts they have (Panarin, Fox, Zibanejad, Trouba, etc.) As well as a high 3rd round pick in 2024. A year they might not have a 3rd round pick in depending on Arizona's choosing (Nemeth trade).

I doubt that the Rangers are pulling off a huge game changing move between now and training camp involving Lundkvist especially with minimal cap space. Hawks probably are holding out until the deadline to move Kane, Canucks similarly with Miller who they might not even trade at all or extend. So I'm not sure where you're finding this game changer before training camp starts which Lundkvist ideally is gone by according to Drury.

But the Hawks have no reason to trade him now and they probably wait for the best offer they can get, which I imagine won't be now. Davidson is going to look to get the most as physically possible for Kane.

But other teams are going to get more desperate for his services at the deadline, once they evaluate where their teams are at and what their needs are. For pretty much every team interested in Kane, they're already playoff bound with their current team. All that matters is adding for the playoffs.
