Description

Sandin signed for 1.375 to allow for one of Steeves/Holmberg/Hirvonen to be the 13FW.....and because it's taken him long to sign (snooze you lose). Basically mirrors Liljegren's deal. Alternatively he could choose to sit and then we use Holl with Gio on the bottom line, it's up to him really, take it or leave it, that's all the budget allows.

Not a smart move for the leafs imo. You’re essentially banking on the fact that Robertson would have a breakout season (not saying that he won’t, it’s just risky). The Leaf’s wing depth is a little thin here.

I hear ya, but the 3rd and 4th lines look good imo and it solves the cap sitch. Agree though that if Robertson flops it could be a problem but this would be a proper chance for him to prove himself, if he's not up to it then would have to move on from him altogether and look to find more LW next year.
