Fair, but Reimer was very good on a very weak D team with a cheaper contract, and that would be appealing to Vegas, Hill was the weaker of the 3 last year but is also 25 and worth keeping around this season after dealing a Goalie prospect and a 2nd for him last year. Kahkonen is the Starter in SJ unless he falls apart.

I agree Reimer could have value to another team if San Jose is considering moving him. Figured they wanted to keep him though given his season last year. Pretty much the perfect backup in that situation I had thought.

There’s a fine line difference between your #1 goalie vs a washed up center. You can’t compare Quick and Monahan. We would never give anyone a pick with it especially. So what you’re saying is completely wrong and not even comparable. We don’t need to “clear” much cap space. We are only short by approximately 1 mil. So in your theory, we have to give up our #1 goalie who we still rely heavily on, plus give you 1st rounder just to save 1 million in cap where we can easily create the space elsewhere??

We have a difference of opinion on who your number one goalie is. People are allowed to disagree. Moving on.

I agree I would keep him but the sharks, but they have already come out saying he is available for a 2nd. and Hill i would assume is available as well for 4th.

The starting goalie isn’t a opinion. It’s pretty clear who’s the starting goalie in LA. You are not even a Kings fan. There’s a lot of things you are lacking. I can almost guarantee you that if Quick is traded, he is retiring. And you compare this to what Calgary did. LA is not in the position Calgary was. Calgary lost their second best player, they had to clear cap to sign Kadri to make up for a roster loss. LA is not in that position. We are not gonna lose anyone we just need to clear 1 million in cap space. If we clear Quicks cap space what good is it gonna do for us??? Rob Blake isn’t planning on making any major roster changes until deadline. During deadline a lot of cap because available. Rob Blake isn’t stupid to give up a good goalie plus a 1st rounder. That’s hilarious you want a first round pick for a goalie that still plays good and only has one year contract left. At this point it isn’t a opinion, it’s stupidity on what you’re saying. So if Peterson gets injured what happens then??

Dude, you sound triggered. Relax. I happen to like Petersen. If I’m Blake, I use the cap space to add to your depth at other positions. You disagree. Fair enough. Moving on.

I’m always triggered 😡😘.

But my point is use the extra cap space for what??? We don’t need that extra cap space? Rob Blake isn’t planning for big moves until deadline. At deadline the Kings will have around 5M to spend. That’s what you’re not understanding brother!

Adding any depth to any position will slow down development to our young players. We need some NHL time for our young guns. The only place we need to improve on is LD which we want a top pair, not a depth. I would respect your opinion, but what you’re saying is not a opinion brother. Like yeah let’s move a Good goalie plus a 1st to improve depth?? Come on bro. You’re better than.

That’s your choice buddy. I’m just curious to know what you know about drouin, how much interviews have you been watching from drouin hughes and st-louis?
Because it seems like you talk without listening to the staff himself… Right now drouin is talking to Martin Lemay on BPM 91.9… your choice.
