Calgary declines in the most emphatic way possible!

If and when Calgary trades Looch it'll be to gain cap space not to lose it. Flip the retention to Foligno instead of Looch with Calgary sending a 3rd to Boston instead of the other way around and you have a deal!

So, FACT : Calgary save 1.45 millions cap.
