I've talked about all of the contracts in my previous teams, so not touching on those.
Explanations:
-Valimaki doesn't fit with how this team plays, I don't think Sutter trusts him and with our defence being plugged with prospects, I think we should move him while he still has some value. That being said, I don't know what teams would be willing to give for him, but I think a 3rd or 4th is fair. Sending him to SEA where their defence could use some new faces, and maybe he can blossom there.
-Alternatively, I've seen rumors about Anderson being moved (most say to OTT), and if that happens instead I'm not sure about moving Valimaki, still probably would.
