Obviously this isn’t that realistic. Was trying to get tkachuk and build a team without giving up any of our major chips. So yeah, not realistic. The islanders need a proven scorer and vladdy would be that. Thinks it’s a pretty fair price after beau took a step back last year. As far as the tkachuk trade, it’s a lot of quantity over quality. Beauvillier ain’t a bad piece to get on, krug has good game left in him. There’s a 1st and a 2nd there. Bode and kostin are potential depth pieces with kostin having some top 9 upside. This would probably only work if it comes down to it and we’re the only team he’ll sign long term with. They don’t have much leverage so you never know. Edmonton apparently wants a pick for pulji, probably a second. Didnt have that so did a 3rd and a C prospect. Would do more but wanted to stick to the trend of lowballing other teams players and overvaluing our assets. Really just messing around I know this isn’t realistic. Defense would need to take a step without krug to lean on a bit. Perunovich could handle the pp. bout 16 mil to bring back a team for 23-24. Could probably bring back o rielly, definitely sign kyrou to long term deal if he performs well this year. Get rid of scandella and open up 3 more to fill out the depth.

Can’t wait for all these people to roast me about how these will never happen. I’m aware it would just be best case scenario for the blues.
