Right now you're about $1.5 million over the cap without having re-signed Sandin.

Suppose the only deal you make is trading Nylander for Andersson (with some minor adjustment).

Then you have a defense of Reilly-Brodie and Muzzin-Andersson, which is an improvement on what you have here and an improvement on the team that was 13th-16th among the 16 playoff teams in GAA last season (all of whom lost, not entirely coincidentally). You'd have almost a million in cap space, Robertson and your 2024 first-round pick. Dispose of Holl and you could re-sign Sandin for whatever his asking price is and you'd be cap compliant and still have Kerfoot, too.
