Unfortunately I don´t see that this team will be playoff contender now and coming years. I see that we try this year to playoffs and if it isn´t enough, team will be seller in next trade deadline. I think that we must sell our valuable and tradeble players in deadline, so we can start fresh and add some valuable picks and players. What you think?

For Montreal the value is great , but I don't think the habs would do it just because a trade like this doesn't match the timeline of our rebuild . By the time , the habs will be competitive again , Couture will be almost 36 and his production might be on the decline by then.
