Description

With McAvoy and Marchand both missing a lot of time, moving them to LTIR gives the team a lot of space. Obviously you don’t want to go crazy with UFAs but a few cheap signings could help fill in gaps while both are out.

Reilly should be ready for a return at or near opening night. It’s a good trade for Edmonton who can get a player at a cheaper rate than Keith was making to replace him.

Gonna be hard to tank. They might not be as good but I bet you they still are a fringe wild card team fighting for a spot in the last week or two of the season for a final spot without Bergy. If no Bergy they'll add a 2C in free agency to stop gap this year until they can find a more permanent solution. The Bruins are literally in no-mans land and as a fan its kind of terrifying to see.
