Never mind, after thinking about it, Philly declines

Barb and a first for Prov is pretty fair, might not win but it’s fair… then Philly takes a cap dump and gives up a 3rd… definitely need more value coming back.

Unfortunately I think you're right. Blues probably need to dump Scandella in a separate deal. Armstrong is really picky about giving up firsts though so who knows if he'd be willing to move it without dumping salary or getting a bit retained
