Snuggerud is a winger not a C.
I highly doubt they're taking slafkovsky and if they do they either have a plan for a trade for a C elsewhere or they're moving up in the draft probably for someone like Savoie, Geekie or Kasper.
MTL isn't adding Kidney and a pick in a trade for a 3rd line C. Petry himself will get a better return than that.

I’ve seen a few MTL ACGM’s try this Canucks trade. I’m not saying it definitely won’t happen, but it’s more likely VAN keeps their 1st and acquires a 2nd in a trade package for one of their forwards.

He could flip him I suppose, even buy him out, but I'd take him If it gets dvorak, hes worth taking a chance on.

Why?

Dvorak is three years for a centre that's not good enough to replace Suter and Drouin is an injured rental that will leave after the season.

I could care less about drouin buy him out, flip him for whatever but I like dvorak. Hes better than suter and adds depth down the middle. Sure I'd rather sign strome or copp or trochek but I wouldn't mind adding him.
