i haven't heard/seen/read anything about that? i just did a google/twitter search and couldn't find anything. i'm not sure that's accurate.

There's not one reputable source that's spreading that rumor about Harley. And the kid is 20 years old with 35 games of pro experience, so I'm not sure how you can claim that he "hasn't fit in Dallas." He hasn't even gotten to Dallas full time yet. You're selling him for absolutely nothing and that's a horrible move for the Stars.
