Détails additionnels:
Ingram doesn't fit in Nashville. I hate to say it, but he is a goaltender with starter level potential, and he just can't realize that in Nashville. Between Askarov and Saros he just doesn't have a good chance. In Edmonton he can back up Smith for a year, and next year can potentially start.

Oil have an equal or better option in Skinner to backup, no need for Ingram. Smith sounds likely to retire or be on LTIR since he is so banged up, so the Oilers need to be spending assets on a starter, not a second young unproven goalie. Losing Yamamoto for Ingram and some picks makes the Oil slide backwards right when they need to concentrate on getting to the finals.

I've heard that Smith might Retire, but I think that Ingram is a better option than Skinner. Ingram played incredibly well in the playoffs. At this point he could even be a low end to middle tier starter. I might be overrating him though.

Hard to tell just how well a goalie really can be when they still didn't win a game in a series like that. I remember Korpisalo having an amazing postseason recently too, only to be a backup with bad stats. Skinner had 13 regular season games with strong stats, something Ingram has still not had. Also has had better results in the AHL than Ingram.

Pretty unlikely Calgary will buy out Myers for you. Probably have to do that yourself. I would be open to doing a deal around Monahan and Kunin though. Maybe add a swap with Valimaki and Glass to make the cap work and give the Preds a guy to play over BoroCop?

Also don't see Edmonton doing that, they don't need a backup with Skinner there whereas Nashville does. Also They are very likely to keep Yamamoto and would probably only entertain trading him if they are getting a starter coming back. Puljujarvi is more likely to be traded than Yam.

Separating the Jeannot - Sissons - Trenin line is a mistake, that line and it's synergy are so underrated together

Only played well in that 1 game tbh and I saw him against the moose in AHL playoffs didn’t look all that great

I think it would actually benefit Calgary to buyout Myers. It gives them an extra 630,000 dollars in cap space this year, so this year it actually helps them. I get the Edmonton point. However, I'm not so sure on the herd line. They didn't play well together in the playoffs or the final 15 games of the regular season.

That is interesting that Myers actually does add ~630k in cap on a buyout. Personally I think he's playing for Toronto next year so they may have interest in buying him out.
