Great pull by Vegas. Now who's he convince to come with him.
This is an interesting thought, LV was always in the tough spot of likely having a lack of competitive offense, now that a 1st line projected centerman has signed on, what other free agents will they also be able to bring in

Is he that good? Like a 1st line centre?
Projects to be pretty good at the NHL level. He doesn't shoot much, but he is a play making center that can put up a lot of points.
The thoughts are he's quite talented, but let's not forget he's already 30yrs old and the KHL is still miles behind the calibre of the NHL. 2yrs isn't an overly long term commitment for someone who's be hailed as a top line center of the future.
Backstrom type player. Should be a capable #1C or great #2C. We shall see if he can adapt to the close quarters play and speed of NA hockey. Great signing to start the franchise. Obviously not a long term (franchise) top line center but gets them started allowing for development of one later.
