Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

Description

Holtby- Wings need a low cost backup goalie. Plenty of FA options.

Martinez- Low cost LD help. Other options could be Schmidt, Pettersson, Cole among others.

Strome- Upgrade the 2C position. Could also be Trocheck or Copp

Mangiapane- Flames have to re-sign Tkachuk and Gaudreau to big deals and will only have around 10M to fill 4 spots in their lineup.
^an alternative trade could be Lucic as a cap dump and a 2nd for a 7th or low end prospect.

martinez would be a great fit somewhere in this t4 not sure if it is pair one or pair 2 but either way. Despite vgk cap troubles I think Martinez will cost more than that. I don’t think vegas will get the two 2nd rd pick value they paid for martinez but I think it would be somewhere between your value and the original value vegas paid

Maybe, but .81 ppg over the last 3 years looks good on paper, especially if Zadina can find his shot and Vrana just stays healthy. But like I said Trochek and Copp could be other options.

I think Ryan Strome gets closer to $5,500,000 x 6 years if not closer to $6,000,000 x 6 years. The rest of the signings look fine. Can't see Calgary moving Andrew Mangiapane anytime soon.

I'd rather over pay for Vincent Trocheck. I think he is exactly what the Wings need. I'd toss Trocheck 6 per if that's what it takes to get him.

I feel like Mangiapane will take more money and more assets to get if Calgary even moves
If I were detroit I would also not be paying either Staal or Holtby that much, neither have been that good.
Martinez trade could make sense but think Vegas wants more
