You've got to ask yourself why would Seattle do this? You're right in saying that they need prospects, but they have 25 picks over the next two drafts. They'll probably add a couple more ahead of the 2023 draft by next season's TDL. 16 of those 25 picks are in rounds 2-3-4, meaning that they can find prospects of Kidney/Norlinder/Farrell's caliber. What they truly need and can't afford to pass on are high end prospects
There is no advantage for them to trade away their 4th.
