Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

Description

Older players paired with younger players with a similar style (older then 28 is a mentor for this)

Mentors: Crosby (Playmakers), Ovetchkin (Snipers), Bergeron (Two-Way), Landeskog (Power Forward), Muzzin (Defensive), Doughty (Two-Way), Krug (Offensive), and Fleury (Hybrid)

Sidney Crosby's Mentees: Alexis Lafreniere, Tim Stutzle
Alex Ovetchkin's Mentees: Cole Caufield, Oliver Wahlstrom
Patrice Bergeron's Mentees: Nils Hoglander, Joel Farabee
Gabriel Landeskog's Mentees: Quinton Byfield, Vitali Kravtsov
Jake Muzzin's Mentee: Jett Woo
Drew Doughty's mentee: Bowen Byram

I dont think Muzzin is qualified to be mentoring anyone (id chose Pietrangelo as my defensive Dman mentor).

Id rather have a young offensive Dman mentored by Josi than Krug.
