Just dropping names in here we need to do something other than the 1 year or 2 year hope to flip them value trades. Don’t know what a next step forward is but we need a 2nd line C, a decent goaltender, and some LD help.

That is a ridiculous contract for Kuemper. WAY too much term AND money. Hard pass.

Don't love the others either for a bunch of reasons (mostly money and term), but none are as out there as that one...

Totally get it, I was getting wild. What would you do? How would you address the issue? I see a lot of LMFAO and Way too much comments on posts.... but no suggestions. What's the solution in your mind?

These "incremental steps" and "growth from within" strategies are a tough, uncertain road that will waste the great years of Vrana, Bert, and Larkin. We have no strong C prospects, LD and G are coming but if they all pan out, 4+years away right now.
