Yep. It is, but that is close to what other teams in general will be trying to squeeze out of Dubas. As the caption says: “In the eyes of Dubas.” I personally didn’t think any of the trades were fair, but it is what it is. Leafs won’t be upgrading anywhere close to what most Leaf fans are hoping.
