Canucks should definitely take this. I don’t know much about Jarventie but he seems like a solid prospect and JBD would also be nice. I don’t really see Ottawa being much better tomorrow so those two prospects and a potential lottery pick might be a bit steep

I think the pick will be protected maybe top 5. But Also Norris has been out for a month, Batherson has been out for a while. Pinto been out all season almost, White just came back, Sanderson hasn’t arrived , add with a top 6 addition and potentially Greig making the team and our young players taking another leap, i think it’s a massive change from this year to next

Would you consider Formenton instead of Jarventie but adding protection/downgrading the pick?

I can’t see them trading Formenton. That speed, PK abilities and amount of breakaways he gets are just too valuable
