Burmistrov is barely an NHL player. Backlund is one of the better top-6 centers in the league. What would the plus be? What would a complete offer look like?

I'd want more. Ryan is actually a good player so I was interested in him, just not in his contract. Kind of like I was with Loui Eriksson. It's an interesting base but I'd also want a more NHL impact player too. And Guryanov's numbers in the AHL aren't particularly encouraging, though I still think he could be a pretty good player

How about Saad and Skinner for Pastrnak and Pearson? you would be heavily upgrading your LW and I'd be heavily upgrading my RW

I'm just trying to pick your brain. I just don't understand how Burmistrov, a player who clearly is a 4th line/AHL player, could be the main piece coming back in a trade for a good 2nd line center? I'm honestly not trying to be mean, I'm just trying to understand. You have good enough players/assets to get what you want from my team, but you're instead offering guys with little value, for players I have who might be regarded to have high value.

That's a decent offer. I'll decline though and I'll tell you why. I'm not high on Saad, but he's definitely better than Pearson. Skinner I like, but Pasta is definitely miles better. In a trade like that, I'd rather just have the best player in that trade, in which case is Pastrnak in my opinion

How much would I have to add to Burmi? A 2019 2nd+?
And I believe Burmi still has some upside life, he did okay last season in limited playing time

Skinner is also a pretty big downgrade from Arvy, plus the amount of salary they have combined.

I know how good Kuzy is. I'm not undervaluing him. If this is in reference to Mony being equal or better than Kuzy, it's because there's a lot more room for improvement at 22 than 25, and Mony has put up similar numbers at a younger age
