I don't know why I don't get the feeling Letang is a lock, but I'm think Geno is.

That's not what I extrapolated. He definitely will take a discount, but I don't think he'll go that far down. That would be wonderful though.

Man if he took under 7 that’d be huge. It would potentially let them keep erod and possibly rust

It will be for sure. I'd really love for them to get everyone extended now, so we don't have to worry about it lol.

I'm curious if the Carter extension has any bearing on ERod's extension. My guess is you're probably close.

Erod has benefited heavily from the pens system. And he’s had a drop off the last few games and that lines up with geno returning. I think he’ll pick it back up but I don’t see any team breaking the bank on him. Anything under 4 is reasonable

We saw it when he played Centre that he was strongest carrying the puck in but now that duty is on carter mostly. Giving erod the play driving role would boost his production I think
